Visual Designer — Brand Systems, Storytelling & High-Impact Design

Upcoming Role · Remote (USA or Europe)

The way brands are discovered online is changing. AI-generated answers increasingly influence what users see, how companies are described, and which sources are surfaced across search and discovery environments. Ansvisor helps teams understand that visibility and respond with better insight.

As we grow, strong design will matter not only for brand perception, but also for clarity. In a category that is still emerging, visual communication can help simplify complexity, build trust, and make our ideas easier to understand across every touchpoint. We anticipate opening a Visual Designer role to help shape that layer of the company.

This role will likely be one of the earliest dedicated design hires focused on visual communication. We’ll be looking for someone who can bring a strong sense of craft, move quickly across multiple formats, and help establish a more consistent visual standard for how Ansvisor shows up in the market.

This is a strong fit for someone who enjoys both polish and pace — someone who can create high-quality work under time pressure without lowering the bar.

About the Role

This role will focus on building and improving the visual assets that support Ansvisor across marketing, sales, product storytelling, and broader company communication.

You will likely work on:

  • Presentations and pitch materials
  • Marketing graphics and campaign assets
  • Product storytelling visuals and mockups
  • Website and digital design support
  • Visual systems and brand consistency
  • Internal and external communication materials

You’ll be expected to translate complex product and market ideas into visuals that feel clear, modern, credible, and well crafted. The work will likely move across both structured, repeatable formats and fast-turn creative needs.

This is not a narrow production role. We’ll be looking for someone who can contribute to visual direction, not just execute tasks from a queue.

What We’ll Likely Look For

We’re interested in people who care deeply about quality and know how to make visual work both useful and memorable.

You may be a strong fit if you:

  • Have a strong eye for layout, hierarchy, clarity, and presentation
  • Can create polished assets quickly without letting quality slip
  • Understand how to turn abstract, technical, or strategic ideas into strong visual communication
  • Are comfortable moving between deck design, campaign assets, product visuals, and other digital formats
  • Can work within evolving brand systems and also help improve them
  • Communicate design decisions clearly and collaborate well with non-design stakeholders
  • Are comfortable operating with a high level of autonomy in a fast-moving environment

We’ll value someone with strong craft, excellent judgment, and the ability to raise the visual standard of the company through consistent execution.

What You’d Be Expected to Do

While this role is not open yet, we expect responsibilities to include:

Visual Asset Creation
  • Designing polished presentations, decks, graphics, and digital assets for a range of company needs
  • Supporting marketing campaigns, sales materials, product communication, and external storytelling
  • Creating visuals that help explain complex ideas with more clarity and impact
  • Producing work that feels strong, modern, and consistent across channels
Brand and Visual Consistency
  • Helping establish and refine visual patterns, design systems, and brand usage standards
  • Ensuring that customer-facing materials feel aligned and recognizable
  • Improving consistency across different asset types without making the work rigid
Cross-Functional Design Support
  • Partnering with marketing, sales, product, and leadership teams on fast-moving requests and longer-term design needs
  • Translating rough ideas, narratives, and strategic input into effective visual execution
  • Helping teams communicate more clearly through better design choices
Speed and Quality Balance
  • Working across short-turnaround design needs while maintaining a high bar for craft
  • Managing multiple priorities without losing attention to detail
  • Building repeatable approaches that improve both speed and output quality over time

You Might Be a Fit If…

You have strong visual taste

You know what good looks like. You care about craft, polish, composition, and consistency — and it shows in your work.

You’re fast without being careless

You can move quickly, respond to urgent needs, and still deliver work that feels considered and high quality.

You’re strong at visual storytelling

You know design is not decoration. It helps people understand, trust, and remember what they’re seeing.

You work well with ambiguity

You’re comfortable taking partially formed ideas and turning them into something clear and useful.

You like helping define standards

You don’t just want to produce assets. You want to improve how design gets used across the company.

Likely Requirements

We expect this role to be best suited to someone with:

  • Experience in visual design, brand design, presentation design, or a related role
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality visual work across multiple formats
  • Strong skills in Figma, Google Slides, and related design tools
  • Excellent understanding of layout, visual hierarchy, typography, and digital design fundamentals
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally
  • Ability to work independently in a remote role across the USA or Europe
  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving startup or growth-stage environment

Strong Signals

These are not strict requirements, but they would stand out:

  • Experience supporting SaaS, AI, analytics, martech, or product-led companies
  • Strength in presentation design and narrative-driven deck building
  • Experience building visual systems or evolving early-stage brand identity work
  • Experience supporting product launches, marketing campaigns, or sales enablement assets
  • A portfolio that demonstrates both high polish and strong communication thinking
  • Comfort working with teams that need fast turnaround and high output

Why This Role Matters

Ansvisor is building in a space where clarity matters. Design can help make the company easier to understand, more credible to buyers, and more consistent across every interaction. In an emerging category, that can become a meaningful advantage.

The person in this role would help shape that advantage. Their work would influence how Ansvisor is seen by prospects, customers, partners, and the broader market — and help set the standard for visual quality as the company grows.

Role Status

This is an upcoming role, not an actively open position today. We’re sharing it because we expect it to become an important hire as the company grows, and we’d like to hear from people who may be a strong fit when the time comes.

Location: Remote
Regions: USA or Europe
