Senior SDR — New Business & Pipeline Development

Upcoming Role · Remote (USA or Europe)

Search is changing fast. Brands are no longer discovered only through traditional search engines — they’re increasingly surfaced, cited, and framed by AI systems like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Groq, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, and Google’s AI experiences. Ansvisor helps companies understand that shift and act on it with clarity.

We expect to open a Senior SDR role as we continue to grow our commercial function. When we do, this person will play a critical role in building early pipeline, shaping first impressions with prospects, and helping us develop a disciplined, repeatable top-of-funnel motion.

This is a role for someone who is energized by early-stage environments, comfortable working with ambiguity, and motivated by building pipeline with intent rather than volume for its own sake.

About the Role

This role will sit close to the front of our go-to-market motion. You’ll be responsible for identifying strong-fit opportunities, opening conversations with the right people, and converting attention into qualified pipeline.

You will likely:

  • Own a meaningful share of top-of-funnel pipeline creation across outbound and inbound motions
  • Prospect into target accounts across a mix of company sizes and segments
  • Qualify opportunities with care, judgment, and commercial awareness
  • Book meetings that are genuinely worth a closer sales conversation
  • Work across channels including email, LinkedIn, and other high-signal outbound methods
  • Collaborate closely with leadership, marketing, and future GTM hires to improve messaging and process
  • Help shape how Ansvisor approaches new business development as the team grows

This is not a “spray and pray” outbound role. We care about relevance, timing, signal quality, and thoughtful qualification.

What We’ll Likely Look For

We’re interested in people who know how to generate momentum without creating noise.

You may be a strong fit if you:

  • Know how to identify accounts worth pursuing — and just as importantly, when to walk away
  • Understand the difference between activity and progress
  • Can write outreach that feels sharp, relevant, and commercially aware
  • Are comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders and adapting to different buyer contexts
  • Bring structure to your work and think clearly about why a process is or isn’t effective
  • Take ownership of your number, your pipeline, and the quality of what you pass forward
  • Stay resilient when response rates are low and keep improving instead of repeating the same motion

We value people who can combine instinct with discipline. You should be able to move fast, but also know when to slow down and qualify properly.

What You’d Be Expected to Do

While this role is not open yet, we expect responsibilities to include:

  • Building qualified pipeline through targeted outbound prospecting
  • Responding to and qualifying inbound interest
  • Researching accounts, stakeholders, and likely buying signals
  • Running thoughtful multi-step, multi-channel outreach
  • Testing and refining messaging based on response quality and conversion
  • Disqualifying weak-fit opportunities early to protect team focus
  • Spotting expansion potential where relevant within existing accounts
  • Partnering with marketing on campaigns, audience targeting, and feedback loops
  • Maintaining clean CRM hygiene and visibility into pipeline development
  • Using performance data to improve sequences, targeting, and conversion over time

You Might Be a Fit If…

You know how to prospect with judgment

You don’t equate more outreach with better outreach. You know how to prioritize, personalize where it matters, and focus on the accounts most likely to convert.

You’re commercially credible

You can connect a product to a business problem. You understand how to frame value in a way that makes sense to a buyer, not just to an internal team.

You think in systems

You don’t just run a sequence because it exists. You want to know what’s working, what isn’t, and how to improve the motion over time.

You’re motivated by building

You like joining early, shaping process, and helping define what “good” looks like before everything is fully documented.

You communicate clearly

Whether in writing or live conversation, you know how to be concise, relevant, and useful.

Likely Requirements

We expect this role to be best suited to someone with:

  • Experience in SDR, outbound sales, or business development
  • A track record of contributing to qualified pipeline generation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence working across email, LinkedIn, and modern outbound workflows
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, sequencing tools, and pipeline reporting
  • Experience qualifying opportunities in a structured way
  • Comfort working independently in a remote environment across the USA or Europe

Strong Signals

These are not strict requirements, but they would stand out:

  • Experience in SaaS, search, SEO, content, or AI-adjacent products
  • Experience selling into marketing, SEO, digital, or growth teams
  • Exposure to enterprise prospecting, account mapping, or multi-threaded outreach
  • Evidence of building or improving outbound systems, not just following them
  • A data-informed approach to testing messaging and measuring results
  • Confidence speaking with director, VP, or executive-level buyers

Why This Role Matters

Ansvisor operates in a category that is still taking shape. That creates real opportunity, but it also means the earliest commercial hires need strong judgment, clear communication, and the ability to help define the motion while executing it.

The person in this role will help create pipeline, but also help shape how we think about pipeline quality, prospect education, and early-stage GTM discipline.

Role Status

This is an upcoming role, not an actively open position today. We’re sharing it because we expect this to become an important hire as the company grows, and we’d like to hear from people who may be a strong fit when the time comes.

Location: Remote
Regions: USA or Europe
