Head of Partnerships — Ecosystem, Distribution & Revenue Growth

Upcoming Role · Remote (USA or Europe)

AI is changing how brands are discovered, evaluated, and referenced online. As answer engines and AI-driven search experiences continue to influence visibility, companies need better ways to understand where they appear, how they are represented, and what actions improve that presence over time. Ansvisor is building the infrastructure to make that possible.

As the market develops, partnerships are likely to become an important growth lever for Ansvisor. We expect to open a Head of Partnerships role to build and lead that function as part of our broader go-to-market motion.

This role will be responsible for creating a partnership strategy that can generate meaningful distribution, qualified pipeline, and long-term commercial value. We’ll be looking for someone who understands how to turn relationships into structured partner motions — and structured partner motions into revenue.

This is a build role. There will not be a mature partner program waiting for you. The opportunity is to define the model, shape the playbooks, and help determine how Ansvisor should grow through its ecosystem.

About the Role

This role will sit at the intersection of strategy, business development, and revenue. You’ll be responsible for identifying high-value partner types, structuring the right commercial models, activating partner relationships, and building repeatable motions that contribute real pipeline.

We expect the role to involve a mix of partner categories, likely including:

  • Agencies serving brands that care about AI search, SEO, content, and digital visibility
  • Media, communities, and industry networks that can provide access to relevant audiences
  • Technology and platform partners where integration, bundled value, or co-sell opportunities make sense
  • Strategic ecosystem relationships that strengthen Ansvisor’s distribution and market position

Each category will require a different approach. This role will need someone who can recognize those differences and build the right structure around them.

You will likely:

  • Own the development of Ansvisor’s partnerships strategy from first principles
  • Build partner motions that contribute pipeline, revenue, reach, or strategic leverage
  • Define commercial frameworks such as referrals, rev share, co-marketing, co-sell, reseller, or embedded partnership models
  • Lead partner conversations from initial outreach through agreement, activation, and performance management
  • Create the assets, processes, and internal workflows needed to make partnerships operationally effective
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and leadership to ensure partnerships are useful, measurable, and scalable
  • Be accountable for partner-sourced pipeline and the quality of outcomes that follow

This is not a relationship-only role. It is a commercial role with strategic weight and clear expectations around execution.

What We’ll Likely Look For

We’re interested in people who can build a partner ecosystem with rigor, commercial judgment, and a strong sense of ownership.

You may be a strong fit if you:

  • Know how to identify which partner types are worth pursuing and which are likely to distract
  • Have experience building partnership motions from scratch rather than inheriting established programs
  • Understand how to structure deals so incentives are clear and both sides remain motivated
  • Can move from strategy to execution without getting stuck in abstraction
  • Are comfortable being measured on sourced pipeline, influence on revenue, and partner activation outcomes
  • Know how to balance speed with selectivity in a market that is still taking shape
  • Can build trust externally while staying disciplined internally about performance and prioritization

We’ll value someone who is commercially sharp, operationally thoughtful, and credible with both senior partners and internal stakeholders.

What You’d Be Expected to Do

While this role is not open yet, we expect responsibilities to include:

  • Designing and launching Ansvisor’s partnership function
  • Identifying the partner categories most likely to create leverage for the business
  • Building a target list of agencies, platforms, communities, publishers, and strategic partners
  • Structuring partnership models that align incentives and support long-term value creation
  • Leading negotiations, agreements, activation planning, and early relationship management
  • Building onboarding and enablement materials that help partners understand the category, product, and ideal use cases
  • Creating repeatable partner activation flows that move from signed agreement to measurable output quickly
  • Collaborating with marketing on co-branded campaigns, educational initiatives, events, and other joint GTM efforts
  • Working closely with sales to ensure partner-sourced opportunities are routed, tracked, and followed up effectively
  • Defining and reporting on partnership metrics such as sourced pipeline, activation rate, influenced revenue, partner productivity, and time-to-value
  • Feeding partner insight back into product, messaging, and broader GTM decisions

You Might Be a Fit If…

You think commercially first

You understand that partnerships are valuable when they create real distribution and measurable business outcomes, not just logos or warm relationships.

You know how to build from zero

You’re comfortable entering an environment where the structure is not fully built yet. You can create clarity, define priorities, and put working systems in place.

You understand ecosystem dynamics

You know that agency partners, media relationships, technology integrations, and strategic alliances each behave differently — and you adapt the model accordingly.

You’re credible in the room

You can lead senior conversations, negotiate thoughtfully, and represent the company with confidence across different partner types.

You operate with discipline

You know how to track performance, make trade-offs, and focus on the partnerships most likely to matter.

Likely Requirements

We expect this role to be best suited to someone with:

  • Significant experience in partnerships, business development, channel sales, or ecosystem roles in B2B SaaS
  • A track record of building or scaling partner programs that contributed meaningful pipeline or revenue
  • Experience structuring partnership agreements and commercial models
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially with senior stakeholders
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and leadership
  • The ability to work independently in a remote role across the USA or Europe
  • A practical understanding of how to measure partnership performance and improve it over time

Strong Signals

These are not strict requirements, but they would stand out:

  • Experience working with agencies, media companies, communities, or technology platforms as partners
  • Background in SEO, search, content, martech, analytics, or AI-adjacent products
  • Familiarity with the answer engine optimization or AI search landscape
  • Experience in early-stage or high-growth SaaS environments
  • Existing relationships within relevant agency, digital, content, or B2B media ecosystems
  • Evidence of creating partner playbooks, enablement systems, or multi-channel co-sell motions

Why This Role Matters

Ansvisor is building in a category that is still forming, which makes distribution especially important. Partnerships can help accelerate trust, reach the right audiences faster, and create leverage that would take longer to build through direct channels alone.

The person who steps into this role will help define what a strong partner ecosystem looks like for Ansvisor — not only in terms of relationships, but in terms of pipeline, revenue contribution, and strategic advantage.

This is an opportunity to shape the function early and leave a lasting mark on how the company grows.

Role Status

This is an upcoming role, not an actively open position today. We’re sharing it because we expect it to become an important hire as the company grows, and we’d like to hear from people who may be a strong fit when the time comes.

Location: Remote
Regions: USA or Europe
