As we grow our go-to-market function, we expect the systems behind outbound, CRM, and lifecycle communication to become increasingly important. We anticipate opening a Growth Manager role focused on building the infrastructure that helps us reach the right companies with relevance, consistency, and measurable commercial impact.

This will not be a traditional CRM administration role. It will sit much closer to revenue, pipeline creation, and go-to-market execution. We’ll be looking for someone who can design the underlying systems, keep data and workflows clean, and help the business run smarter outbound and lifecycle programs over time.

Done well, this role becomes a major force multiplier across sales, marketing, and customer success.

About the Role

This role will sit within the broader GTM motion and focus on the systems, workflows, and logic behind outbound and lifecycle growth. It will likely involve CRM structure, campaign operations, audience segmentation, outreach workflows, newsletter execution, and the guardrails required to scale all of this responsibly.

You’ll help ensure that what Ansvisor sends — whether outbound, nurture, reactivation, or customer communication — is targeted, relevant, and operationally sound.

You will likely:

  • Build and maintain CRM structures that support pipeline creation and lifecycle communication
  • Improve data quality, segmentation, and workflow logic across go-to-market operations
  • Support outbound execution across email, LinkedIn, and related channels
  • Help create the systems that allow personalization at scale without losing control or relevance
  • Own or support newsletter and lifecycle campaign operations
  • Build automations that reduce manual work and improve consistency
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, customer success, and leadership as part of the GTM engine

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining systems thinking with execution and wants their work to show up clearly in pipeline quality, efficiency, and revenue operations.

What You’d Be Expected to Do

While this role is not open yet, we expect responsibilities to include:

CRM and Data Structure
  • Building and maintaining CRM architecture, fields, properties, views, and workflows
  • Improving data quality, consistency, and usability across teams
  • Managing lifecycle stages, lead routing, contact logic, and reporting foundations
  • Reducing duplication, confusion, and process friction across GTM systems
Outbound Infrastructure
  • Supporting the setup and execution of outbound campaigns across relevant channels
  • Building and improving sequences, contact logic, and audience workflows
  • Helping sales and growth teams target the right accounts with the right messaging
  • Using AI-assisted workflows where they improve personalization or campaign efficiency
  • Reviewing campaign setup carefully before launch to reduce avoidable issues
Segmentation and Targeting
  • Defining and maintaining audience segments based on ICP, behavior, stage, or fit
  • Supporting list building, enrichment, prioritization, and account selection
  • Improving targeting logic so outreach stays relevant as the company scales
  • Helping connect account-based strategy with clean CRM execution
Lifecycle and Communication
  • Owning or supporting newsletters from setup through send and optimization
  • Building nurture, reactivation, and post-conversion lifecycle flows
  • Improving engagement and conversion across lifecycle communication
  • Making sure timing, audience logic, and message relevance are well aligned
Automation and Operational Scale
  • Creating workflows that reduce manual work and improve execution consistency
  • Building practical guardrails around sending permissions, campaign operations, and data use
  • Improving speed without compromising quality or deliverability
  • Helping Ansvisor build a stronger operational foundation for future GTM scale

Likely Requirements

We expect this role to be best suited to someone with:

  • Experience working with CRM systems in a startup or growth-stage environment
  • Experience supporting outbound campaigns, lifecycle programs, or revenue operations workflows
  • Strong understanding of segmentation, targeting, data quality, and workflow logic
  • Experience with campaign tools, email systems, and CRM automation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A practical, detail-oriented approach to execution
  • The ability to work independently in a remote role across the USA or Europe
