Creative Producer — Video, Campaign Content & Creative Operations
Upcoming Role · Remote (USA or Europe)
How companies are discovered online is changing. AI-generated answers are beginning to shape what users see, which brands are mentioned, and how products are understood across search and discovery experiences. Ansvisor helps teams make sense of that visibility and respond with better insight.
As we grow, creative content will play an increasingly important role in how Ansvisor shows up in the market — across brand, product storytelling, education, launches, campaigns, and social distribution. We anticipate opening a Creative Producer role to help build the internal creative engine behind that work.
This role will likely be especially important in shaping how Ansvisor creates video and campaign content from the ground up. We’ll be looking for someone who is hands-on in production, strong in taste and judgment, and comfortable building systems in an environment where not everything is fully defined yet.
This is not just an execution role. It’s a role for someone who can both make strong work directly and help establish the way creative gets produced over time.
About the Role
This role will focus on producing visual and video content across a range of company needs, likely including:
- Founder-led content
- Product and launch storytelling
- Customer and partner stories
- Social-first creative
- Brand and campaign assets
- Event-related capture and post-production
- Employer and company storytelling
You’ll likely own much of the creative production process end to end, from early concepting through planning, capture, editing, delivery, and iteration. In some cases you may work directly; in others, you may coordinate freelancers or external creative partners while maintaining a clear quality bar.
We expect this role to sit close to marketing, product marketing, growth, and leadership. It will be important not only for making content, but for helping Ansvisor develop a repeatable and effective way to produce it.
What We’ll Likely Look For
We’re interested in people who can combine strong execution with strong creative judgment.
You may be a strong fit if you:
- Are comfortable owning the production process from start to finish
- Can move between filming, editing, directing, organizing, and delivering without losing quality
- Understand what makes content feel sharp, current, and worth watching
- Can adapt creative output across formats and platforms without flattening the idea
- Know when to make something yourself and when to bring in outside help
- Can brief external collaborators clearly and maintain a high bar through review and feedback
- Are highly organized and comfortable managing moving parts without heavy oversight
- Want to help define a function, not just contribute inside an established one
We’ll value someone who has taste, speed, practicality, and the judgment to make creative work useful to the business.
What You’d Be Expected to Do
While this role is not open yet, we expect responsibilities to include:
Creative Production
- Producing video content from concept through final delivery
- Planning and running shoots across company, product, campaign, and storytelling needs
- Editing content for social, web, launch, and distribution use
- Maintaining a strong standard for pacing, narrative clarity, visual quality, and brand fit
- Supporting a range of formats from short-form content to longer narrative pieces
Founder, Product, and Brand Content
- Helping create high-quality founder-led and team-led content
- Producing videos that support launches, campaigns, customer stories, and market education
- Turning complex product and market ideas into watchable, understandable creative assets
- Helping Ansvisor present itself with more consistency and clarity across visual channels
External Creative Direction
- Working with freelance editors, motion designers, videographers, or agencies where needed
- Briefing external collaborators clearly and reviewing outputs with strong creative standards
- Helping ensure quality and consistency across work that is not produced fully in-house
Systems and Operations
- Building lightweight processes for briefing, production planning, review, delivery, and asset organization
- Creating workflows that help creative output become more repeatable and scalable
- Managing timelines, shot lists, production logistics, and handoffs with reliability
- Helping Ansvisor establish a stronger creative operating model as content needs grow
Commercial and GTM Alignment
- Working with marketing and product marketing to ensure creative supports launches, campaigns, and broader GTM priorities
- Understanding that creative should contribute to clarity, reach, trust, and pipeline — not just visual polish
- Helping the company connect creative work more closely to audience relevance and business outcomes
You Might Be a Fit If…
You’re highly hands-on
You don’t need to sit above the work to lead it. You’re comfortable filming, editing, organizing, and shipping yourself.
You have strong creative taste
You know what feels modern, clear, and well-crafted. You can spot weak work quickly and know how to improve it.
You can operate from zero
You’re comfortable entering an environment where systems are still being built. You like helping define how the function should work.
You understand multiple formats
You know how short-form, long-form, launch content, storytelling content, and social content behave differently — and how to produce for each with intent.
You care about usefulness, not just aesthetics
You understand that strong creative work should serve a purpose: helping explain, persuade, educate, or drive attention in the right way.
Likely Requirements
We expect this role to be best suited to someone with:
- Experience in creative production, video production, content production, or a related role
- Hands-on ability across filming, directing, editing, and delivery
- Strong proficiency with common editing and production tools
- Experience producing content across multiple formats and channels
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing production details independently
- A portfolio that demonstrates quality, versatility, and good creative judgment
- The ability to work independently in a remote role across the USA or Europe
Strong Signals
These are not strict requirements, but they would stand out:
- Experience working with startup founders or senior leadership on content
- Experience producing content for SaaS, AI, martech, or product-led companies
- Comfort directing external partners such as editors, motion designers, or agencies
- Familiarity with social-first content and distribution-aware creative
- Experience building internal production systems in a fast-moving environment
- Basic comfort with design tools used in creative workflows
Why This Role Matters
Ansvisor is building in a category where education, credibility, and clarity matter. Creative content can help turn complex ideas into something understandable, memorable, and easier to share. It can also help the company show up with more consistency across launches, campaigns, social channels, and customer-facing storytelling.
The person in this role would help build that capability from an early stage. Their work would not only shape what Ansvisor creates, but also how creative gets made inside the company going forward.
Role Status
This is an upcoming role, not an actively open position today. We’re sharing it because we expect it to become an important hire as the company grows, and we’d like to hear from people who may be a strong fit when the time comes.
Location: Remote
Regions: USA or Europe
