Head of Performance Marketing — Paid Growth, Conversion & Revenue Efficiency

Upcoming Role · Remote (USA or Europe)

AI is changing how companies are discovered online. As answer engines and AI-driven search experiences influence what users see, cite, and trust, Ansvisor helps businesses understand their visibility across this new layer of discovery and take action with better data.

As we grow our go-to-market function, we expect performance marketing to become a major lever in how we generate demand, improve conversion efficiency, and scale revenue in a disciplined way. We anticipate opening a Head of Performance Marketing role to lead that work.

This will be a senior, commercially accountable role focused on paid acquisition, conversion performance, and revenue efficiency across the full customer journey. We’ll be looking for someone who can connect spend to pipeline, pipeline to revenue, and acquisition to long-term customer value.

This is not a generalist brand role. It is a performance role with clear ownership over outcomes.

About the Role

This role will sit at the center of Ansvisor’s paid growth engine. You’ll be responsible for building and improving the systems that turn budget into qualified demand and qualified demand into efficient revenue.

The scope is likely to include:

  • Paid acquisition strategy across search, social, retargeting, and other scalable channels
  • Landing page and funnel conversion performance
  • Experimentation across targeting, creative, messaging, offers, and flow design
  • Alignment between acquisition, onboarding, retention, and expansion signals
  • Reporting infrastructure that ties marketing spend to commercial outcomes
  • The use of AI and automation to improve speed, testing velocity, and decision quality

You will likely work closely with leadership, GTM, product, design, and data stakeholders to ensure that growth is not only happening, but happening efficiently.

This role is about more than generating clicks or leads. It is about building a paid growth system that is measurable, scalable, and economically sound.

What We’ll Likely Look For

We’re interested in people who think in revenue systems rather than isolated channels.

You may be a strong fit if you:

  • Understand how paid acquisition, conversion, and retention interact as one commercial system
  • Are confident managing budgets with direct accountability to efficiency and output
  • Know how to improve not just media buying performance, but what happens after the click
  • Can identify conversion friction, weak handoffs, and wasted spend quickly
  • Use experimentation as a disciplined operating model rather than occasional testing
  • Think clearly in terms of CAC, LTV, payback, contribution margin, and revenue quality
  • Are comfortable using AI tools where they improve analysis, execution, creative iteration, or testing speed
  • Can move between strategic planning and hands-on performance problem-solving

We’ll value someone who is highly analytical, commercially grounded, and able to turn performance marketing into a true operating advantage.

What You’d Be Expected to Do

While this role is not open yet, we expect responsibilities to include:

Paid Acquisition Strategy
  • Building and owning Ansvisor’s paid acquisition strategy across relevant channels
  • Managing channel mix across search, paid social, retargeting, and emerging opportunities
  • Allocating budget based on business goals, signal quality, and revenue efficiency
  • Improving campaign structure, audience strategy, and bidding approaches to support scale
  • Testing new paid opportunities while maintaining discipline around efficiency thresholds
Conversion and Funnel Performance
  • Improving conversion rates across paid landing pages and acquisition flows
  • Working with design and product to reduce friction and increase downstream conversion quality
  • Identifying and prioritizing opportunities through behavioral, performance, and revenue data
  • Leading structured experimentation across page UX, messaging, offers, and calls to action
  • Ensuring acquisition efforts are optimized not only for lead volume, but for revenue outcomes
Lifecycle and Revenue Alignment
  • Connecting paid acquisition strategy with CRM, onboarding, and retention insights
  • Using downstream signals to improve targeting and acquisition quality
  • Supporting retargeting, re-engagement, upsell, and expansion motions where relevant
  • Helping create better alignment between marketing performance and customer value over time
AI-Enabled Performance Operations
  • Using platform-native automation and AI systems where they improve campaign performance
  • Applying AI tools to research, creative ideation, landing page testing, and workflow acceleration
  • Building repeatable processes that increase testing speed without reducing decision quality
  • Using AI as leverage for better execution and sharper insight, not as a substitute for strategy
Commercial Reporting and Decision Support
  • Defining and tracking the core metrics that matter across acquisition and revenue performance
  • Improving visibility into CAC, CPA, conversion rate, pipeline quality, LTV, payback, and related metrics
  • Working with analytics and GTM systems to improve attribution, reporting quality, and budget decisions
  • Helping leadership understand where spend is working, where it is leaking, and where to scale further

You Might Be a Fit If…

You think beyond channel metrics

You care about CTR and CPC, but you care more about what those clicks become and whether they translate into efficient revenue.

You understand conversion as a commercial lever

You know landing pages, onboarding, UX, and messaging are not secondary details — they are part of the economics of growth.

You operate experimentally

You’re comfortable building testing frameworks, setting thresholds, and making fast decisions based on signal rather than opinion.

You’re fluent in performance economics

You understand how to think about CAC, LTV, ROAS, payback, and contribution margin in practical operating terms.

You know how to use AI well

You use AI to improve workflow quality, insight generation, testing speed, and operating leverage — not to automate thoughtlessly.

Likely Requirements

We expect this role to be best suited to someone with:

  • Significant experience in performance marketing, paid acquisition, or growth leadership
  • A track record of managing meaningful budgets with accountability for ROI and revenue efficiency
  • Strong expertise across paid search, paid social, retargeting, and related paid channels
  • Experience improving conversion performance across landing pages and acquisition flows
  • A clear understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS, payback period, and related commercial metrics
  • Experience connecting acquisition efforts to CRM, lifecycle, or downstream revenue performance
  • Strong analytical capability and comfort with reporting, attribution, and experimentation
  • The ability to work independently in a remote role across the USA or Europe

Strong Signals

These are not strict requirements, but they would stand out:

  • Experience in SaaS, martech, AI, analytics, search, SEO, or data products
  • Experience in recurring revenue or subscription-style businesses
  • Exposure to advanced attribution, server-side tracking, or more complex marketing data environments
  • Experience in high-growth startup or scale-up settings
  • A track record of building or refining performance marketing systems, not just running campaigns
  • Evidence of using AI tools meaningfully in campaign execution or optimization workflows

Why This Role Matters

Ansvisor is building in a category where demand is growing, buyer education still matters, and efficient execution can become a significant advantage. Performance marketing will need to do more than drive traffic — it will need to help identify the right audiences, convert them effectively, and support stronger revenue outcomes across the full journey.

The person in this role will help shape how Ansvisor scales demand generation with discipline. That means creating not only more growth, but better-quality growth.

Role Status

This is an upcoming role, not an actively open position today. We’re sharing it because we expect it to become an important hire as the company grows, and we’d like to hear from people who may be a strong fit when the time comes.
